All Guards assigned to your condominium will receive 1 week of extensive dedicated training solely dedicated to your site, to ensure they understand the operation of your building.

Our guards not only conduct patrols but also do real-time audits/inspections of your condominium in order to detect and mitigate any unnoticed hazards.
Tenant Management
We will liaise with the building property managers and superintendent immediently for any tenant issues. Our Guards will provide follow up with the tenat to ensure updates are communcated.
Package Handling
We have efficient processes and procedures in place for package handling/distribution. Our Guards will store incoming packages securely and distribute them to only verified individuals.
