Jamal brings over 6+ years of experience in the Security/ Safety sector. Skilled in Risk Assessment, emergency response, asset protection, and crisis management.
Jamal is responsible for overseeing all operations of the business, from client relations, training & development, marketing and finance.
Prior to OnGuard Secure Jamal has been working as a Health and Safety Manager where he was responsible for executing the Asset Protection Strategy to protect the people, property, and proprietary information.
Jamal also has experience running and scaling a recruitment firm EHS Talent Canada, A recruitment firm specializing in direct placement hire for safety professionals. Jamal is well versed in talent acquisition and placement of hires.
Jamal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety and is currently pursuing his CRSP (Canadian Resgestigered Safety Professional) Designation.
